Cumberland Construction Corporation is a real estate development, construction and engineering company, family owned and founded in 1968 in Toledo, Ohio by Claude M. Brown, Jr., PE (deceased 1998). Cumberland Construction Corporation is now owned and managed by Claude’s sons, Claude (Butch) M. Brown, III, PE and Tim Brown, PE.
Cumberland has real estate business expertise in land development, industrial, commercial and residential construction of all types; warehouse, office, apartments, condos and custom home building.
